What is my earnings potential with this business opportunity. What percentage of the sales do I get to keep? Is there a minimum monthly sales requirement to remain an active member of the founders circle?

You get to keep 25% of all home party sales and 10% of all online sales (through your private link) so the earning potential is as much as you would like it to be. There are no quotas or monthly sales requirements. Once you become a member of the “Founder’s Circle” you are a member for as long as you would like to continue to sell.
This is AWSOME!!!! I can hardly wait! We get to purchase the starter packs on 7/14 correct? My daughter and I are going to have so much fun and make so much MONEY! She will finally get to go on that tour of the AG store in Chicago, that we have been putting off due to cost.

Are there any minimums or other requirements to stay active as a consultant? Retail or wholesale? Monthly, quarterly, yearly, etc?
If a consultant goes inactive, what happens to the consultant’s relationship to the company?
Is there a non-compete in the consultant agreement (ie cannot be consultant w/another company, etc)?
How often will new catalogs be released? When?
Is there a yearly renewal fee to remain a consultant?
What is the cost of a company replicated website?
How can consultants purchase catalogs and other business supplies
Is internet advertising allowed?

Hi Teresa – Answers to your questions: No minimums to remain active. Once you are a Founder’s Circle Member you remain one as long as you would like to continue to sell. A consultant can be as active or as inactive as they would like if they are part of the Founder’s Circle. There is no non-compete. Catalogs will be released as new products are added – either as supplements or new catalogs. There is no annual fee. There is no cost for the private link in to the website. Consultants can purchase additional catalogs or other business supplies through our website at our discount prices (due to our volume ordering). Internet advertising is allowed and encouraged.
I am so very, very excited about starting this business & being able to give something back to other mothers & my family as well. Just knowing I have the opportunity to have more time with my daughter & do something that is rewarding & enjoyable is all worth it. I can’t wait until the 14th! Looking forward to being a part of this wonderful company of strong, independent, woman.

I’m still very excited, but nervous… if you purchase the economy package (because you are not sure just how successful you can be), will you have the chance to upgrade later on as you experience success, or at least get more order forms, and supplies, etc.? We will be having a Welcome Party for all new Founder’s Circle business owners via phone sometime after July 14th. At that time we will annouce the locations of everyone. You can certainly run the business with your daughter-in-law – great idea!!!
Hi Beth – you certainly will be able to get more supplies as you experience success (which I know you will). You just won’t experience the cost benefits of getting a higher level package. The Economy Package is a great way to start but we have had a idea emerge from some of the feedback on pricing. We are still working it through but plan on announcing it this week – so stay tuned!!
When we have a party and place our orders through the founders circle do we have to pay shipping?
Hi Tina – Founder’s Circle members will receive a shipping credit of $30 for every $500 party order which will cover most shipping costs. There will also be shipping discounts and specials exclusively for Founder’s Circle members.
I’m interested to know if you will be limiting Founders Circle members in specific areas? I was a consultant in a major cosmetics business, and there was so much saturation in one area that it was next to impossible to obtain customers. I’m enjoying the questions from others and your answers. Keep the info coming!
Hi Helen. It won’t be a concern for Founder’s Circle members. We are only accepting very few members as we would like to start with a small exclusive group. If we ever open up the opportunity again we would be implementing area restrictions.
I’m just wondering if EmilyRose@home will be offering any outfits for Bitty Baby dolls or Bitty Baby Twins. I have a lot of friends who own the smaller dolls for their younger daughters. Just curous. Thanks for letting me know.
Hi Joelle – At this point we do not plan on offering Bitty Baby outfits via @Home – but your customers can always use your private link to the website and order Bitty Baby products from there.

Hi – Of course you may have another job with Emily Rose@ Home. This business is what you want it to be – either a part-time job for extra income, or your full-time job. It’s your business – it’s up to you. Emily Rose @ Home was designed so that your daughter can help you sell and be introduced to entrepreneurship. She can sell with you as much or as little as you would like.

Hi There, I was wondering… when the BIG day (July 14) comes, where do we go to place our starter pack order? I am assuming it is on the Emily Rose online order page, but I wanted to be sure. Also, will you be selling a predetermined amount of packages in each area or region? If so, will that area then be closed and a “sold out” message be posted?

Hi Cindy – On the big day you will receive an email with a link to a private area on the Emily Rose website where you will be able to purchase the Starter Packs. For this round we won’t be limiting the number by area or region because there are so few for sale that territory won’t be an issue. When the Starter Packs are all sold you would just get a “Out Of Stock” message when you try to add the package to your cart.
I’m so afraid I won’t get in in time, what do I do if I miss out? I am sooo excited I’m already telling all my friends!! I think I’ll have to go to my soon to be former job late that day! LOL!
