Emily Rose @ Home is just like a traditional home party network but with so many added benefits – not least of all is the ability to partner with your daughter (or niece, or granddaughter, or God-child) to help her learn about business. You recruit hostesses to hold one of your exciting Emily Rose @ Home parties. The guests purchase Emily Rose @ Home products at the party (plus the hostess collects outside orders). You place your order online through the Emily Rose @ Home consultant access. The order gets delivered wherever you decide.
The best part about becoming an Emily Rose @ Home business owner is that everyone wants what you have. Everyone you know with a daughter between the ages of 6-12 wants access to unique, high-quality and affordable 18 inch doll clothes and furniture. That is what Emily Rose @ Home has to offer. Trust us – at Holiday time you will have as many orders as you can handle.
When you are an Emily Rose @ Home consultant r you receive 25% of all party revenues and 25% of all (no work, no hassle) online orders through your very own personal website.

Do you give us a catalogue to use for the parties to show all the products, or do we have to buy a small number of items to show and just tell them about other things that are available?
Hi Beth – Our final starter packages are still under development but all packages will include catalogs, sample products, brochures, business cards, etc. Our aim is to make you as successful as possible.
I have a question- if we recruit other consultants, do we get paid on their sales as well and how much?
Hi Kathleen – we will not be introducing a tiered commission structure at this time. We may consider it in the future.
Tell me can someone who lives in the Caribbean be part of the Emily Rose at home business.
Sure! We don’t ship internationally for retail – but we will for @ Home – please be advised that we can’t be responsible fo rshipping costs and duty costs.
How much is the membership fee to start the business?
Is there more than one E.R.@.H. winner in each state or just one everywhere ?
Just one winner!
Hi Davina – We are finalizing the starter packages right now and will be releasing details to anyone who is signed up for more information very soon. We can assure you that we are working hard to make it affordable for everyone – stay tuned!
Do we get a buying discount if we want to purchase more items for our display’s?
Sure Malinda – you get a 25% discount on everything you buy if you are an @Home business owner.
please send me information when lauching 2010 thanks
Please send information when launching in 2010 – thanks!
The products and the concepts look great – but I am confused about how you can be using the American Girl name when you are not affiliated with the company; e.g. “American Girl Trading Cards” and “American Girl Doll Party.” Just curious! Thanks.
Hi – no problem we don’t use the name at all – we are Emily Rose Home Party and Emily Rose Trading Cards. We do say that our products are made to fit 18 inch dolls like American Girl or Our Generation, etc… which is a legitimate claim… as we do.
Hi! I am so happy and excited to have found your site and opportunity! I am located in Toronto, Ontario (Canada) — and would LOVE to bring the products and business opportunity here! I don’t believe Emily Rose is here…yet…It would be a great to help open the Canadian market.
I have a 4 year old daughter who would SURELY love the dolls and other products and help her mommy! =) As well, I own a children’s indoor playground and party centre…I am sure my customers will love these!
I look forward to your updates and launch! Please do make sure you have my email address — since I submitted in the “Start a Business” — but I did not receive a confirmation email.
Thanks and All The Best!
Hanna
I too am very interested in this great business opportunity. I feel that my daughters and I would be great partners and could market “Emily Rose” products very well. I did submit my information in the “Start a Business” and did not receive a confirmation email. I am hoping that you have my email as I don’t want to miss this great chance.
Hi Mara – you should have received our countdown email. Please let us know if you didn’t see it.
Hi Hannah – you should have received our countdown email. Please let us know if you didn’t see it.
There are no at home reps in our area. My daughter 10, and myself would love to be representatives. She helped me sell Pampered Chef when I would do parties This would be a great business for us. She has many American Girl Dolls and would love the clothes that you sell.
I haven’t seen what the start-up cost for an at home business would cost for the 2010 year. Have you worked out those details yet and could you email me any information you have on the start up package please?
Hi Kim
If you join our VIP mailing list all of those details will be coming out in the next few weeks.
How does a representative handle the sales tax issue since it is different everywhere. Does a rep need to get a retail license?
Hi Linda – As you point out each state has a different law. Only some States require retail licenses or the collection of sales tax. Most of our Founder’s have already researched and established these requirements so there is lost of support if your State requires it.
When it does come down to the sales tax and how each state handles that how do I get ahold of a Founder member to get the info I would need on this? Thank You for your time. I look forward to hearing from you.
Hi Ava – Sales Tax information is available at the State level in every State. A call to your local tax office is all it usually takes. Our Founder have done a lot of work on this and when you join you will have access to all of their information and advice via our private member community.
Where on this website will we have to go to purchase the package, or do we have to call in to order the packages? I just want to be prepared so that I don’t miss this great opportunity – my daughter would be very disappointed if we miss it.
Hi Mara – You will get an email 24 hours prior to launch with the link to the NEW website and you will be able to purchase there. We will also post here on this blog as well.
I noticed on the Host a Party page that a hostess receives a gift of a doll outfit plus a coupon of 10% of the party sales to be used to purchase Emily Rose products. Is that offer just for people inquiring on your website looking for a consultant in their area or also for hostesses that we find? Who pays for the gifts, consultants or Emily Rose? Thanks!
All hostesses receive a FREE outfit with 10 confirmed party guests and 10% of the total sales revenue (through her party and any external orders she collects) to spend on @Home products. We no longer send gift certificates to hostesses they order via their consultant when the total revenue has been finalized. That’s any hostess – whether you find them or they are referred to you – we pay for all hostess bonuses.
Hello. Is there a certain amount of products or $ that one has to sell every month (or w/in a certain amount of time) in order to stay in as a consult.?
Also, I have heard that some of the products are not in the catalog and can’t be ordered that way during a home show and can only be ordered off the web site. Why is that? thank you for your time.
Hi Ava – there are absolutely no quota requirements at all. You can make you business whatever you would like it to be. All of the @Home products that are available on your personalized website are available in the catalog and for sale at parties.
Hi Lisa-
I was just wondering how often Emily Rose offers new products and how often then would we need to update our customer catalogs.
Oh, and are the @home products different from the products offered at http://www.dollsclothes-emilyrose.com/ ? Thanks for your time on this.
We add new products 2-3 a year. Whenever we add new products we offer free downloadable catalog supplements until the new catalogs are available. The @Home products are a sub-set of those offered on the retail Emily Rose store.
Would someone who wants to host an online/virtual party still get the same beneifts as someone who hosted a home party? Thank you.
We are still working on the system arrangements for this – we hope to have it available in the near future.
